I have to tell you a secret, I fell in love with this video about 10 minutes before I fell in love with Emilie Simon.  It is the unfair truth, but I can’t help but enjoy a spooky, nightmare before christmasy type, video.  Emilie broke out on the US music scene in 2006 with her debut album, The Flowerbook.  Currently residing in NYC, Ms. Simon is back in the studio and giving listeners a chance to preview her new work at the Cutting Room in Manhattan.  Show up with open ears and eyes and prepare to be dazzled. Emilie produces artsy, unique sounds that paint dancing tunes before your eyes.
